Some objects, metallic or other, can be placed on the penis to increase sexual activity.We describe a clinical case of a 70-year-old patient who sought medical care mobili at the emergency room due to penile strangulation by a metal ring (a nut).The patient sought assistance 3 days after putting the metal ring on his penis by himself.
